Know Who You Are. Know Why You Do What You Do. Every time. Everywhere. With Everyone.

Everyone at some point in their lives wants to make a change. They may feel stuck or want to make a major course correction but don’t know how to do it.

A good coach can encourage, challenge, inspire, and offer insight that serves as the tipping point for moving forward, achieving results, and accomplishing goals.

Helping others discover and understand their personal uniqueness and create the life they want and love, is my life’s work.

What I teach in my coaching:

If there’s an area of your life you want to change to make it look more like you want it to, I can help.

Here are some areas we can all use a little work around and what I focus on in my Coaching.

Personal Identity: It’s important to know who you are. You are only defined by how you think of yourself. And everything you do comes from how you think about yourself. Knowing this is everything.

Belief Management: When you understand and manage your beliefs, you have control over your thoughts and feelings to create the results you want for yourself. Beliefs are part of a larger system of thoughts you have, made up of thoughts you keep thinking over time. Some work for you and some are very limiting.

Thought Management: When you learn to think correctly, good feelings and behavior follow, and your life begins to look like you want it to. It all comes down to the way you think and getting control of that changes your life. You can choose to think thoughts that work for you and determine outcomes for yourself.

Your Unique Design: When you know your unique design, you see its impact in every area of your life.

Your Unique Purpose: When you know your unique purpose, you can use your talents, strengths, and interests to make a difference in the right context for you.

Healthy Boundaries: When you learn how to protect who you are and what it means to contain yourself, you maintain great boundaries and improve your relationships with others. It’s about Love and Limits.

Decision Making: Good decision making comes from knowing what you want, why you want it, and liking the reason you want it. It’s a good and important practice to develop to accomplish what you want in life.

Habit Development: When you develop good habits, you develop a lifestyle that works best for you to achieve your desired goals.

Time Management: When you manage your time, you get control over your life to accomplish more, experience more freedom, lower your stress, and achieve success, personally and professionally.

Stress Management: When you manage your stress, you break the hold it has on your life so you can be happier, healthier, and more productive in every area of your life.

Examine Your Life: When you regularly examine your life, you observe and evaluate how you’re doing according to the standard you determine to live by, making any adjustments you need to along the way so your experience is the life you desire.

Integrated Living: When your life is integrated, you live from the inside out! You live from your true identity in every scenario, in every relationship, no matter what circumstances you face. And that feels great.

There are 8 areas of your life that reflect who you are: mental, physical, emotional, professional, relational, spiritual, financial, recreational. As you learn to live each moment according to the standard of measurement you set for yourself, each area begins to look exactly as it should and your life experience looks like it’s meant to!

The result is more Confidence, Freedom, Contribution, and Impact.
